Park Island is a development with 3 club houses, multiple swimming pools and sport facilities, very kid and pet friendly. It is car-free, but reachable by taxi within 15 minutes from Central (Exchange Square), or alternatively by shuttle bus from the Tsing-Yi MTR or ferry from Central Pier 2 (25 mins boat ride).
This flat and Park Island is most ideal for a small (Western/mixed) family that needs space or wants a kid/pet friendly living environment, but prefers better transport accessibility than Discovery Bay
On the attached (original) floorplan it's the flat on the bottom left, although we had made modifications such as adding one additional bedroom/home office.
