There is no charge for tenants.

Listing stays on RentEasy for 60 days. We will notify you 2 weeks advance to tell you your advert is about to expire so you can either extend your listing or simply let it expire.

We accept the following payment methods on RentEasy: • PayPal • VISA • MasterCard • America Express All payments are securely processed through PayPal, our payment processor. Transactions use a 256-bit encryption to securely process your transaction and protect your confidential information. Your credit card information is never stored.

If you experience any problems uploading pictures, please try the following: • Enable JavaScript in your web browser • Reduce the size of the pictures to less than 15MB each (4MB for bitmap images) • Ensure that the image dimensions are less than 6500x6500 pixels • Ensure the pictures are in GIF, JPEG or BMP format • Turn off any banner blocking, anti-virus or firewall software • Ensure you're using the latest version of your web browser (Chrome and Firefox work best with RentEasy) Please note: switching to a different browser may also rectify any image uploading issues.

Listing with photos receives higher quality, more serious replies than those without, and are typically viewed 55% more. Adding well lit, good quality images to your ad will go a long way in creating tenants interest. Unlike newspaper classifieds, there is no cost to post a picture on RentEasy, so take advantage and include images on your listing.

Sometimes, an ad might just need a little boost to receive the exposure it deserves.
