Create your own advert by entering the address of the property you are letting, the rental price, a description of the property, tenant requirements and upload up to 10 photos.
Make payment
When you are happy with your advert follow the instructions to the secure online checkout to make payment. You can make changes to your advert at any time by simply logging into your account. We have an automated feed to our full partner network and changes are reflected within 24 hours.

Your advert will be live across our full partner network which includes 28hse, Carousell and Spacious within 24 hours.
Viewing and Enquiries
We can do the initial tenant screening following the requirements you supplied when creating your advert. Should they pass, we will send you an SMS and email of their contact details so you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for viewings.
